Calling all the Blogger experts, as I have a few questions:
- If I'm not logged in to Blogger on my phone and try to access my own blog, I get the usual content warning page AND a request to LOG IN to confirm my age. Was it always like that for the blogs with "sensitive content"??
Do you need to LOG IN in order to read my blog??
Fondles posted recently how she struggles to keep her blog clean and avoid the necessity to put the content warning. Even if I clean up the future posts, what about the old ones?
Not sure if there is a viable solution here..
- Now, last week on Thursday I posted a short informational post that I rearranged my blog and put all the spanking stories on one page, that's all. That post got an astounding (for me) number of hits that day. Flabbergasted! The next day I posted the actual spanking story and got just the usual uptick in number of hits.
Any explanation??

Q 1 - No, this is a recent thing.
ReplyDeleteQ 2 - Yes, I have to log into an existing Google account.
Q 3 - I have no idea
Maybe consider moving to WordPress or another blog platform. The desk monkeys at Google seem to be going out of their way to be (expletive deleted) these days.

Thank you, Perfectdt! I did save your post about moving to Wordpress. Probably it's time to look into it more seriously.
ReplyDeleteYep, I have to log in each time that I want to leave you a comment (probably because I do not have a blogspot account). I just figured out how to follow you from my WordPress account, so you'll be seeing more of me. Do know that if you decide to move over to WordPress, they stay on top of what they consider "pornographic" images. I've never had my site flagged for written content, but I have gotten a few notices about pictures that I had to remove. Thankfully, I've always been given a warning first and never just shut down. Hope this info helps! XOXO
ReplyDeleteI really like Blogger functionality honestly and dread the hustle of moving the blog. Also as far as the pictures go, my blog is pg rated. Sigh! while the contents is very much NSFW, sometimes even of a Dead Dove variety. Go figure...
