“I know that when you come home, you check it in at the door, but the power, the dominance, it's oozing out of your pores, Nick. Like in the movies, when an alien pretends to be a human. Some glitch happens, and, pouf, there is an extra arm or a head. The same with you.”
“I won't mind an
extra arm or a head.”
“You're loving
and caring and gentle, but when that glitch happens, at the same time I hate
you and love you the most. Let it go, Nick. Sometimes you can just let it go
with me, to be in control the way you always are in the outside world, to run
the show called Izzie, for a very limited slice of time, to truly pull the
strings and rein in.”

I'm enjoying reading your writings on this blog very much; thank you! I, too, exhort my lover to "let go" and be harder on me, even though it's the sin of Topping from the bottom. I guess I'm insatiable and he's more temperate, so I need to say something sometime. Why won't these men accept the role of pure Dominant and have their way?
ReplyDeleteWarmly,
Jean Marie
Jean Marie, sorry for the late reply. And I enjoy reading all your comments, thank you!
ReplyDeleteYep, guilty as charged. At the beginning of their relationship Izzie was very much constantly Topping from the bottom. Some Doms are more reluctant than others. Sorry for jumping so much back and forth between the chapters. I love writing the dialogue, and have so many snippets lying around.
Hugs,
Sore
